Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship outside South Africa yet.

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment. Some items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, main centres usually take 2 to 4 working days, and regional or outlying areas 3 to 7 working days.

Delivery cost. Delivery is a flat R120 anywhere in South Africa, and free on orders over R1,000.

Restricted items. Some boat-care products are classed as dangerous goods (for example flammable solvents and aerosols). These go by road only, may take longer, and can't be sent to some remote areas. We'll let you know if this affects your order.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Damaged or missing parcels. Please check your parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort it out.
