Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel or return an online order within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging. You pay the return courier cost, and we refund the item price within 30 days of getting it back.

Faulty or wrong item? If a product is damaged in transit or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If a defect shows up later, tell us within 6 months. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.

What we can't take back. Opened or partly used liquids, polishes and chemicals (unless faulty), items mixed or cut to order, and gift cards.

How to return. Email brandonu2me@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 82 836 3612 with your order number, plus photos if the item is faulty. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us, because some products go back to our supplier rather than to us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to show.
