decked out is run by Fore Sight Tradings (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2024/356332/07). Under POPIA, the company is responsible for your personal information.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history, plus basic browsing data (cookies) when you use the site. We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Why we collect it. To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them and handle returns. If you opt in, we'll also send you offers.

Who we share it with. Only the people needed to fill your order: our payment provider, our courier and the supplier who ships your items. Our store runs on Shopify, which may hold data outside South Africa under safeguards that meet POPIA. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it. Order records for 5 years, for tax purposes. Marketing details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing, at any time. Email brandonu2me@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
